Our commitment
Darwish Guitar wants everyone to be able to enjoy our music and use this website, including people with disabilities. We work to make darwishguitar.com accessible and easy to use for all visitors, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Conformance status
This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, the standard referenced by the European standard EN 301 549 and the Israeli Standard IS 5568.
We consider the site partially conformant: most of the content meets the standard, and we are continuing to improve the parts that do not yet fully meet it.
What we have done
- Main navigation, menus and forms can be used with a keyboard.
- Images and icons have text alternatives, or are hidden from screen readers when purely decorative.
- Light text on a dark background for strong contrast.
- The layout is responsive and works on phones, tablets and desktops.
- The site is available in 8 languages, with the correct language and text direction (including right-to-left) set for each one.
- Animations are reduced when your device is set to "reduce motion".
- Background music can be switched off at any time with the speaker button in the top corner, and your choice is remembered.
- Forms show clear error messages and do not use CAPTCHA puzzles.
Known limitations
- Embedded players (YouTube, Apple Music) are provided by third parties. Their accessibility is outside our control.
- Music videos and live clips are instrumental, so they have no spoken words to caption.
- The technical rider (PDF) may not be fully accessible. Contact us and we will send the information in an accessible format.

Assessment approach
Darwish Guitar checked the accessibility of this website through self-evaluation, including keyboard-only navigation, screen reader spot-checks, colour-contrast checks and automated testing tools.
